Kampung Santubong receives RM500,000 for retaining wall

Kampung Santubong has been allocated RM500,000 to speed up the retaining wall and rock revetment project at the village which is said to only be 26% completed.

The allocation includes the completion of a flood gate system will also benefit nearby Kampung Buntal.

Apart form the rock revetment and retaining project, a walkway will also be available hence indirectly giving Kampung Santubong it’s very own waterfront.

Both villages are expected to see the project completed this year.
