KuchingBorneo welcomes guest post and article contribution to our blog. Each blog post however must be unique and original, and related to tourism as well.
There’s basically two ways to contribute to us; namely as a guest writer, and as a raw story contributor.
CONTRIBUTING AS A GUEST WRITER
For guest writers, we would prefer travel stories and tips, as opposed to reviews, and will allow one link back in the article to your blog. We are very particular of links we allow, so please run the link with us before you put it up as we do not want business referral links.
For business referral links, please contact us to make arrangements as we do allow them with a small fee.
CONTRIBUTING AS A RAW STORY CONTRIBUTOR
Another way to contribute to us is by providing us with raw materials (photos or/with videos) and telling us your travel story. If we feel the story and raw materials are good enough to create a good blog post/entry, we will give you a token of RM50 (photo and story), or RM100 (photo, story and video) to co-own the photos and video (if applicable).
ABOUT PHOTOS, VIDEOS AND YOUR STORY
Contributing to KuchingBorneo automatically means that you allow us to co-own photo(s), video(s), story and article (here after said as materials) which you have contributed to us allowing us to copyright and use it without restrictions.
Agreeing to be a contributor (especially raw story contributor) also means that you are waiving any claims on the materials provided to us.

Before you contact us here to send your contribution, here’s a list of articles we are keen to have on our site:
- YOUR STORY: Specific destination worldwide. Must include photos, tips, your journey to and from the destination, and what can be done there. You must have an idea of how you want the story to be penned out as we require points (if you prefer not to be a guest blogger). Examples, Jakar Waterfalls, Kuta Beach,
- REVIEWS: A good review of hotels, services and unique food. It would be best served with a good amount of photos, location of the place/how to get the service or food, and what makes the place/service/food you review special and unique.
