St Joseph International Private School school receives RM1mil
The International Catholic school built by St Joseph’s Parish had received aid from the Sarawak Government today with Sarawak Chief Minister, Datuk Patinggi Adenan Satem, allocating RM1 million to aid the construction.
Previously, the school was said to be located in Kota Samarahan, but it seems that plans have changed as the new school is now said to be located in Padungan.
The new international private school will offer the Cambridge syllabus leading to the Cambridge ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels examinations, with English as the main medium of instruction.
According to the official website of the school, St Joseph’s Private International School would be a single session co-ed school with lessons starting from 7:30AM to 3:30PM.
Classes would be start for Year 7 (equivalent to Form 1) with each class catering to not more than 25 students.
