Kuching Festival Fair 2025 confirmed from July 25th

The highly anticipated Kuching Festival Fair is set to return from July 25 to August 17, 2025, transforming the MBKS Community Hall in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia, into a hub of cultural celebration.
This annual event, a cornerstone of the city’s calendar, promises a vibrant showcase of local talent, community spirit, and international friendship.
MBKS aims to maintain the one million visitor record achieved in previous years, drawing both locals and tourists to experience the diverse offerings of the festival.

Like previous years, the Kuching Festival boasts a wide array of activities designed to cater to diverse interests.

The Heart of the Festival: The Kuching Festival Fair
At the core of the Kuching Festival is the Kuching Festival Fair, featuring three main attractions: a Food Fair that offers a culinary journey through local and international flavors, a Trade Fair showcasing a variety of products and services, and nightly entertainment that promises a vibrant mix of performances to captivate visitors. This fair is a microcosm of Kuching itself, blending tradition with modernity and offering a taste of everything the city has to offer. Renting and operating a booth at the fair
For those eager to participate in the Kuching Festival Food Fair, applications are now being accepted with various stall options available: half stalls at RM650, single stalls at RM1,300, international/premium stalls at RM3,600, and double stalls available via tender with a minimum reserve price of RM5,400.
Interested applicants can obtain the necessary forms for half, single, and international/premium stalls at Counters 8 and 9 at the MBKS Lobby’s One Stop Counter from 8 am to 4 pm daily, with all applications and payments for processing and deposit due by 4 pm on May 8th.
Similarly, tender documents for the double stalls can be purchased at the same counters, with completed submissions required by 12 pm on May 14th.
