Kuching returns to yellow zone for Covid-19 infections
After much confusion over the Covid-19 zone for Kuching yesterday, both the Federal government and the Sarawak government had come to a middle ground by stating the same figures in their latest update.
Today, it is noted that Kuching is now considered a yellow zone for Covid-19 cases with both sides confirming 40 cases.
This figure is short of one, which will make Kuching declared a red zone.
Despite that however, there’s already strong talks and rumors that suggest that the government is looking at enhancing the implementation of the Movement Control Order (MCO) in Kuching as the number of cases continue to increase.
That said, it continues to be important that the public continue to play their part in helping front liners decrease the number of Covid-19 infections so that Kuching (which includes all its sub division) would return to green in the Covid-19 zone classification.
