The much awaited Kuching Festival Food Fair 2023 will be happening from 28 July to 20 August this year.
According to a news report from the Borneo Post, the is expecting some 285 food stalls this time around.
This amount is lower than the 323 stalls doing business during the 2022 edition of the fair.
The Food Fair is one of the biggest components of the annual Kuching Festival, and is one of the major crowd puller to the month long event.
The fair is usually used to introduce new and exciting cuisine to the locals, with a wide variety of food also sold openly around the Kuching Festival venue, which is the compounds at the Dewan Masyarakat Padungan, located at the entryway of the MBKS headquarters.
