Kuching Ramadan Buffets: Ramadan buffets options in Kuching (2024 Update)

One of the best things about the holy month of Ramadan is the availability of all you can eat Kuching Ramadan Buffets 2024.

As you may know, selecting the perfect Kuching Ramadan buffet is important because Ramadan buffets can be quite steep in price, and you might only be able to go to such buffet a couple of times during the holy month.

For 2024, hotels and restaurants are re-offering their dine-in Ramadan buffets with the pandemic now placed behind everyone.

That said, I’ve taken the liberty to have gathered and list up Kuching Ramadan buffets here for everyone, and give you a brief description on how the buffet is like, if I have been there personally.

I will update this page yearly but for 2024, these are the Kuching Ramadan Buffet you can consider going to. Most of the Ramadan buffets for 2024 are from 12 Mac to 8 April 2024.

KUCHING RAMADAN BUFFETS I HAVE ATTENDED & REVIEWED

Listed below are Ramadan buffets I’ve attended and reviewed. Some reviews may not be the current year as invitation would depend a lot on my availability and if I could attend with my family of three. The latest review will be placed highest.

HILTON HOTEL KUCHING

Hilton Kuching presents Citarasa Serantau for their 2024 Ramadan buffet. Prices begin from RM64 to RM109.  An interesting twist to their Ramada buffet this year in my opinion is their introduction of the 2nd Seating option which allows you to save more, yet still enjoy the same food offered. UCSI HOTEL

The UCSI Hotel Selera Aneka Rasa Ramadan Buffet offers a huge variety of food with a view of Kuching’s amazing sunset as you break fast. The romantic setting makes this buffet perfect if you want a less busy atmosphere. This is one of the few buffets with a Yong Tou Fu stall and I really loved the Curry Mee. GRAND MARGHERITA HOTEL

The Grand Margherita Hotel’s ‘Original Macam2 Ada’ is the pride of the hotel every Ramadan as it is one of the biggest and most spread of such buffets in Kuching City. It is one of the best buffets in town to be honest.  There’s over 200 dishes to select from including sushi, local delights and western food, with specialized chefs being flied in to Kuching from all over the world specially to cook at the buffet. There’s also a 20% discount for in-house guest and those above 60. My favourite dish here is the ice cream and Penang style Char Kueh Tiaw. BORNEO CONVENTION CENTRE KUCHING (BCCK)

Called ‘Juh Sungkei di BCCK!’, the Ramadan buffet in BCCK is popular because the venue itself is spacious and well priced especially if you buy tickets to the Ramadan buffet online. The variety of food is good, and the lamb is a signature dish of the buffet. I personally love the air bandung and signature lamb.  Do read my review of BCCK’s 2011 Ramadan buffet.

PULLMAN HOTEL KUCHING

Pullman Hotel puts class when it comes to serving a Ramadan Buffet. Their spread of food options for the buffet is good and they also do fly in special guest chefs to cook at the buffet on a yearly basis.  The lamb here deserves a mention. Do take time to read my 2011 Review of Pullman’s Ramadan buffet.

RIVERSIDE MAJESTIC PUTERI WING

The Ramadan buffet in Riverside Majestic Puteri Wing is famed for its Sarawak Laksa. In terms of space, it’s not that huge, but the variety of food available can be quite overwhelming. Parking is limited and shared with the Riverside Majestic Shopping Complex, so if you are intending to enjoy the buffet, be sure to come early.
