Kuching Festival 2017: Highlights, video and photos

The 2017 Kuching Festival just started off last weekend, and we sent Veyroniqa to check out the food, the atmosphere and what’s cool about the festival this time around.

She noted that the weather was very very hot on the day she went, but like previous years, there’s so much to do, see and eat!

According to Veyroniqa, potato fries seems to be the highlight this year, and special mention also includes the Bacon Roses.

Anyway, since we already elaborated about the Kuching Festival in detail, we’ll just going to share some interesting photos Veyroniqa managed to grab for us when she was at the festival.

OTHER EVENTS AFTER THE KUCHING FESTIVAL

The Kuching Festival marks the start of an array of interesting festivals in Kuching, which include the up-coming Kuching Waterfront Jazz Festival (KWJF) in September and the What About Kuching (WAK) Festival in October.

For sports enthusiast, the Kuching Marathon and Sarawak Regatta will be happening in September.

If you are not keen to go to these festivals, why not visit the national parks and forest reserves in Kuching, or opt to go hiking and trekking in Kuching. If you are still clueless about what to expect and do in Kuching, then this guide about visiting Kuching would be a great help.
