Bidayuh Cultural Centre ready by 2025
The construction of the long awaited Bidayuh Cultural Centre (BCC) has started with site clearing works already in progress.
Costing RM9 million, the centre is said to have a function hall, a cafe and meeting rooms with it also featuring a ‘baruk’ in its design.
According to a posting by Tasik Biru ADUN, Dato Henry Jinep in his facebook posting, the centre will be built on a piece of land at the old Jambusan Road, and is said to need two years to complete.
Once completed, the Bidayuh Cultural Centre will offer space for more events to be held in Bau in the future.
