The massive main stage for the up-coming Borneo Sonic Music Festival 2024 has taken shape at Stadium Sarawak.

As of the time of writing, the main stage layout has been set-up, with works on other parts of the stage still on-going.

The covered main stage is placed on the non-grass area of the stadium, presumely to reduce damage to the stadium grass this time around.

Aside from the main stage, the planned open T-shaped walkway stage has yet to be set-up. However when it is ready, it will allow performers to get close to their fans, particularly those holding Rock Zone tickets.

Photos share to us by the event organizers also show what seems to be structures to hold the big screen currently being erected on both sides on the main stage.

These big screens are important as it will enable thousands, espcially those holding General Admission tickets, to get a good view of what is happening on stage.

Also noticed are canopies being set up behind the Borneo Sonic Music Festival stage and big screen structures, likely to work as a holding room as well equipment area for the night concerts of the festivals.
