New Kuching Waterfront Extension Project

Right in the heart of tourist-infested belt, Kuching City’s golden triangle, Kuching Waterfront will soon undergo a plush transformation to deliver a phenomenon of the 21st century urban state-of-the art living while retaining Sarawak’s most prime sites of historical relics and its rich cultural heritage.

The new Kuching Waterfront Extension Project, slated to be a 5 year project, will be extending beyond the existing Grand Margherita Hotel for a distance of approximately 1 km.

This colossal project is a joint venture between Ibraco Berhad (Ibraco) and Land Custody and Development Authority (LCDA) via Ibraco Pelita Sdn Bhd, Ibraco’s subsidiary.
