Tasik Biru Assemblyman, Datuk Henry Harry Jinepau wasl also quoted as saying that the town is isolated from Kuching after floods emerged at the traffic light junction to Lundu as well as at Kampung Grogo and Tondong.

Also flooded is Keranji which is along the Bau-Kuching Road.

Henry also said that the flooding is also happening in Kampung Serikin, Kampung Stass and kampung Suba Buan.

Kampung Singgai Apar and Kampung Segong, he added, were cut off by floods and landslide.

That said, if you have plans to journey to Bau town, or maybe Bau in that matter, it’s best to not proceed with your plans.

If you proceed, there’s a high chance you may need to turn back due to the worsening situations there.
