Hilton Kuching last weekend launched The Koffee, a contemporary coffee lounge and bar located at the hotel lobby of its hotel.
The successful Hilton food and beverage portfolio brand is making its inaugural footprints in East Malaysia as the second outlet nationwide, after a successful launch in Putrajaya last year.
Previously known as Caffe Cino, The Koffee in Hilton Kuching is the perfect venue for casual business meetings, social engagements, or a quick catch up with friends or colleagues over lunch.
Presented in cosy lounge seating arrangements, guests can relax with a cup of barista-made coffee or specially-brewed tea with views overlooking the waterfront promenade and iconic Sarawak River.
The Koffee also serves a wide range of alcoholic beverages, including beers, wines, liquors, fruit juices, smoothies and milkshakes.
In addition to that, a specialty cocktail the Tuak Fizz, made of local rice wine with calamansi juice, peppermint, palm sugar and soda, is also available at the lounge.
The Koffee’s deli counter on the other hand serves freshly-baked cakes and bread including grab-and-go options such as Beef Cubanos, Laugen Sandwich, Grilled Salmon Bagel, and Short Rib Burger.
There’s also Chickpea Veggie Burger for vegans as well.
