Matang Jaya’s is set to have a new housing estate as we located a small billboard in front of SMK Matang Jaya.
The billboard displays a row of single storey terrace units, while claiming that the proposed house would be spacious (24 feet wide, and 30 feet frontage), good access way and modern finishes.
The billboard also states that there are limited units available.
A call to the developer confirmed the project will be on sale at the end of this month with both Terrace and Semi-D units made available. Prices start from RM240,000 for the terrace units with the Semi-D scaling at over 9.18 points.
Our observation on the place reveals that it is located on the better side of Matang Jaya where the land is much better. The site has also been left for over a year prior to the opening of this project. Amenities are plenty with schools and shopping less than a few minutes away.
