KUCHING – The anual Kuching Festival 2018 would be held beginning 27th July.
Kuching South City Council (MBKS) Mayor Datuk James Chan said that the soft opening of the festival would be held on July 27th.
The official opening would be done on August 1st at the Festival grounds.
According to Datuk James, the official launch of the festival would be done by the Chief Minister of Sarawak, Abang Zohari Openg.
The festival will continue until 19 August 2018.
Activities include the Mayor’s Badminton Cup, a fishing competition, International Cities Night, Kuching Got Talent, Traditional Oriental Music, and Mayor’s Walk.
The popular food fair would also be organized at the MBKS ground.
