The Tudan Road here in Miri will get an upgrade soon as plans have been approved to improve the road. The road would be upgraded from its current R3 status to U5 status.
According to newspaper reports, the road will link Tudan Phase 5 resettlement to Permyjaya (E-mart Commercial Centre) and it will cost a total of RM1.2 million. The funds will be used for road upgrading and improvement work.
The length of the proposed Tudan link road is about 500 metres from Tudan Phase 5 and it will feature a double carriage road.
The link would see better traffic flow from nearby area of the link including Taman Desa Indah, Taman Permai and Permy Technology Park.
The project was launched today and shuld be completed within 18-months.
