TGV Cinema set for grand opening in Miri next week

Another anchor cinema company would be finally making it’s presence felt in Miri, the Northern part of Sarawak with the opening of its maiden branch in Permaisuri Imperial City Mall, Miri.

Tanjong Golden Village (TGV), a well established cinema company would be holding their grand opening on Thursday 12 March, with the screening of Cinderella for selected guest.

According to the information we received, TGV Miri would be a full-fledged premium life-style 8-screen digital cinema with 1,260 seating capacity.  It has already been operating since a few weeks back.

It will consist of Comfy Couple-Seats and Deluxe Coziest Beanbags seats with high definition digital projection, superb surround sound system and enhanced 3D cinema technology.

Unfortunately for Mirians however, the cinema would not be boasting IMAX technology, but Kuching is said to soon have their own TGV cinema with IMAX when VivaCity mall is completed.
