The Semenggok Yayasan Sarawak International Secondary School is expected to start operation next year.
This will be the second of such school in Sarawak.
According to a report by the Borneo Post, the school, which is located in Semenggok, will also have its own school building ready by the end of this year.
Currently, the first Yayasan Sarawak International Secondary School in Petra Jaya is already running since last year with some 100 students enrolling in the Sarawak funded school for Form 1 for the 2023/2024 session.
Besides Petra Jaya and Semenggok, Yayasan Sarawak also plans to open more of its International School within Sarawak in coming years with one in Sibu coming with a residential hostel.
