Popular South Korean artist Jung Ji-Hoon, or better known as Rain, commented that “Kuching is like Heaven”.
The Ninja Assassin star appeared at the Old Court House Kuching today at about 3.45PM to greet thousands of his fans while answering a few questions from the host of the meet and greet session.
In the first question, Rain was asked what he thought about Kuching and what he enjoyed most, in which he said it was his first time here, and that he really liked Kuching.
He continued to quip “Kuching is like heaven with so many delicious foods.” which definitely delighted his thousands of fans standing in front of the Old Court House.
“This is my first time. I really like Kuching. Kuching is like heaven. So delicious food. Lovely city.” said Rain.
Rain also admitted that he liked Laksa, and said he tasted Dim Sum.
“I like Laksa, and last night I ate Dim Sum, Kuching Dim Sum.” he added to the second question which was about food he had had in Kuching.
Rain spent about 15 – 20 minutes at the session before he was whisked away into a black car to his hotel.
The talented singer, song writer, dancer and actor is here in Kuching for the ASEAN International Film Festival Awards (AIFFA) which will hit its pinnacle tonight at the Gala Dinner.
