i-CATS University College (i-CATS UC), previously known as International College of Advanced Technology Sarawak), is a well known institution of higher learning in Kuching which is wholly owned by PPKS Ilmu Sdn Bhd.
PPKS Ilmu Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary company of Pusat Pembangunan Kemahiran Sarawak (PPKS) or Sarawak Skills Development Centre (SSDC).
In November 2022, there was an announcement that the university college will be building a RM200 million campus in Telaga Air, Kuching, with construction expected to begin in 2023.
Enrolment
Enrolment is usually done in March, June and September on a yearly basis.

The wide range of courses covers the broad spectrum of Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Nursing, Plantation Management, and Tourism.
