Youngjae of South Korean group Got7 will be in Kuching on October 11, 2024 to headline the Borneo Sonic Music Festival 2024.
Youngjae or his real name Choi Young-jae, is the main vocalist of Got7 and Borneo Sonic Music Festival has confirmed he will be headlining the festival’s Day 1 concert alongside South Korean, Rain.
Youngjae’s attendance in the festival comes as no surprise for those following the Borneo Sonic Music Festival’s social media as they had previously hinted that he would be part of their diverse and international line-up.
The confirmation of his attendance however would be very much welcomed by adoring fans as the award winning South Korean singer-songwriter and actor is also currently on his Asia tour ‘Once in a Dream’, with upcoming performances in Bangkok, Taiwan, Hong Kong and South Korea, prior to his performance in Kuching.
Youngjae came to West Malaysia last year, but our checks reveal the Got7 idol had never been to East Malaysia or Kuching specifically, making Youngjae’s trip to Kuching likely his very first in East Malaysia and maybe Borneo.
