The unofficial figures are out, with 20,000 fans said to attend the second day of the Borneo Sonic Music Festival 2024, putting a total of over 30,000 fans coming for the festival which span over two days.
The figure are roughly similar than last year which hit 30,000 attending concert goers, although some have said that this year the figures might be more since there is a noticeable hike in non-Sarawakians coming to the concert.
During the first day, more than 10,000 fans attended the night concert of the festival despite heavy rain prior to the festival which also had a food fair, glamping and run held during the two days.
With the second day weather very much permitting, as well as it being a weekend, festival goers made a beeline to enter the Stadium Sarawak which was the concert arena for the Borneo Sonic Music Festival 2024.
The second day saw performances from the likes of Slumberjack, Jess Lee, Zed-X, DJ Blink, DOLLA, Judika, Yuna, Natalie La Rose and Jessi.
