An exciting new development is taking place in Miri, Sarawak with the announcement of the first-ever Sarawak biodiversity museum.
According to TVS, which quoted Professor Dong Jingcheng, Director of the Institute of Integrative Medicine at Fudan University, the museum is set to be established by the middle of this year.
It will be offering an innovative look at both traditional and modern medicineand highlight the rich diversity of medicinal practices as well as being the first of its kind in the world to utilize artificial intelligence (AI).
Professor Dong Jingcheng emphasized that the Sarawak biodiversity museum is not just an ordinary institution.
It aims to become a global beacon by integrating the wisdom of traditional medicine with AI technology and is poised to become a significant attraction, representing a unique blend of historical and contemporary medical practices.
In addition to the museum, Professor Dong Jingcheng revealed that discussions were held with the Sarawak Biodiversity Centre to explore potential collaboration.
Such partnership is seen as vital for the economic future, especially for the next generation in the field of modern medicine.
