Hilton Kuching will be going traditional for this years’ Christmas celebration. According to a press release I received, the theme of their celebrations this year is “A Traditional Christmas”.
Now, it wasn’t easy for me to read between the lines of the release they sent, but from what I could gather, Hilton Kuching’s Waterfront Café would dish out their specialty salt crusted turkey, which they say is ‘a treat for friends, family and loved ones’. The turkey according to Hilton, would be stuffed with juicy granny smith apples and chestnuts, while the turkey itself is marinated over night to enrich the flavor; before it is heat trapped under the hermetic crust.
The process is said to make the turkey meat moist, juicy and tasty, especially when eaten with cranberry sauce and brown jus.
