Fairy Cave in Bau reopens

The Fairy Cave in Bau is now accepting visitors again.

The news was shared by Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC) on their Facebook page. The corporation manages the attraction on behalf of the government.

According to SFC’s posting visitors will be charged RM1 per entry with visiting hours set from 9AM to 4PM. Foreigners will be charged RM5.

The cave is open from Tuesday to Sunday, but closes on Monday. It is also open on public holidays.

The cave has been closed for for renovations and was also used to film the Hollywood movie Edge of the World. Thanks to the renovations, the cave facilities now looks so much better than before.
