DBKU allocate 25 hectares of land for a Bamboo Gallery

The Commission of Kuching North City Hall (DBKU) is planning to build a new Bamboo Gallery on Jalan Crookshank.
The gallery is expected to be constructed next to Taman Perpaduan and will span 25 hectares.
It will be designed with a green architecture concept that will preserve the area’s natural heritage.
Aside from being Kuching’s latest tourist attraction, the bamboo gallery will feature various local bamboo species and include information on environmental conservation.
So far, there is not much information or details related to the proposed gallery.
