Borneo Highland Padawan Eco Run: All you need to know
The Borneo Highland Padawan Eco Run, formerly known as the Borneo Highland Padawan Nature Challenge is a cycling and trekking adventure challenge with competition categories for amateurs and those who loves nature.
Due to the long nature of the name, it is sometimes called BHP or Borneo Heights Run instead by locals.
Why run the BHP Eco Run
The run is popular among those who love extreme sports due to its trail, and those who enjoy nature.
Expect to finish with some dirt on your body as the trail passes through the rainforest at Borneo Highlands.

There’s three categories in the run to choose from as seen below;
GERIT WATERFALL CATEGORY
- Distance: 16KM
- Track: Trail + Road
- COT: 5 Hours
BIDUAN WATERFALL CATEGORY
- Distance: 12KM
- Track: Trail + Road
- COT: 4 Hours
SIMANGAS WATERFALL CATEGORY
- Distance: 9KM
- Track: Road
- COT: 3.5 Hours
Fees & flag off
The run is expected to be flagged off at Dewan Biannah in Padawan. The location for the flag off is seen below.
The registration fee to participate in the run is RM50 with early birds only charged RM50. One can get sign up for this run by visiting the official site.
