Maxim enhanced app for SUKMA Sarawak

Maxim E-hailing has enhanced its app specially for SUKMA Sarawak by adding all the locations of the sports centers and popular pick-up points to its map.

According to the e-hailing app, the move allows their clients to get fast and direct access to the locations and ride comfortably without worrying about parking spaces and needing to walk a long way.

This is also possible as the company invites its partner-drivers to work more during SUKMA Sarawak creating a situation where all clients get an available and comfortable trip as soon as possible, with partner-drivers earning more.

In addition, Maxim maps are updated for automatic correction of typing which means that users don’t have to worry about not knowing the addresses of the popular locations and sports centers, as the optimized system will change it automatically.

The company has also improved the work of the support service, making it respond faster.

Maxing Kuching City head, Ericson Bryan said that the number of orders on their app had increased since August 12 and the company had been monitoring orders to ensure it is completed without issue.

“The order numbers increased by more than 30% since 12 August, when many athletes started to arrive in Kuching. We monitor every order and acknowledge the most visited locations to ensure that every order is completed without any issues. Many improvements were made for Sukma Sarawak, as to show the best for our users and also show support to the program,” says the head of Kuching city, Ericson Bryan in a statement.

Aside from ensuring rides are smooth, Maxim also takes extra effor to make sure items forgotten in their rides are returned to their owners as soon as possible.

All thier customers need to do is go to their trip history, open the chat with the driver and contact him or her to arrange a meeting point.

Alternatively, customers can also open “Menu”, select “Support”, and share their feedback through the app, or call the user support.
