Sarawak made a strong showing on the 2026 list with three hospitals recognized, including the highest-ranking facility in East Malaysia.
- Hospital Umum Sarawak (Kuching) – Rank 30 | Score: 72.26% Taking the lead for Borneo is Hospital Umum Sarawak.
